This Japanese release is a repackaged version of the US one (Various - Eyesore: A Stab At The Residents) with a large obi and an additional booklet with texts mainly in Japanese.
Issued in a 3-panel cardboard cover, with die-cut 'pop-up' inner cover.
Also includes a folded insert, and the Vaccination Records mini-catalog 'Spring 96'.

There are several hidden, "reverse indexed" tracks on this disc (prior to tracks 2, 6, 10, 17, and 31). These tracks will play in sequence when the entire disc is played, but in order to manually cue them, you must first go to the appropriate track number and then rewind the specified amount of time. For example: to cue up The Residents live version of "Benny The Bouncing Bump", you would have to select track 31 and then rewind back to -4:09.

Tracks 10 and 30 actually have two songs indexed within the same track.
