Issued in a textured matte surface cover sleeve, embossed at the back, with the inside printed in black with a smooth finish and "Hello!" in pink visible when pulling the record out (see images). Liner is blue matte textured paper with lyrics on one side and other side blank.
1973-75 Atlantic red and green labels with the 75 Rockefeller Plaza address.

This release has 'ST-A-733003 - MS' and 'ST-A-733004 - MS' matrix numbers printed at the 6 O'clock position on the A & B side labels respectively. This is the only U.S. release with 'MS'. However Presswell (PR) pressing "PR" is stamped in the runouts.
