However they are Bootlegs.
They are said to have been manufactured in UK, presumably sometime during 2016. Housed in a plain plastic outer sleeve w. the Bowie Ziggy logo sticker on it, w. names of both songs and "LIMITED PICTURE DISC". No record co. info or any catalogue nr or matrix info can be discerned from this release.
