Vivid is the debut studio album by the American rock band Living Colour, released on May 3, 1988 through Epic Records. It was one of the most popular albums of 1988, reaching No. 6 on the US Billboard 200 chart and certified double platinum by the RIAA. The album is also featured in the book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die. In 2017, Rolling Stone ranked Vivid as 71st on their list of The 100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time. Revelations is the fifth album by the Polish death metal band Vader. It was released in 2002 by Metal Blade Records. The release was preceded by the single Angel of Death, which was released on 10 April 2002. The album was nominated for a Fryderyk Award in the category 'Heavy Metal Album of the Year Album roku - heavy metal'. The working title of the album was Epitaph. Divorced from the times, however, Revelations cries out for some overdue respect. Due to its funk and soul flavourings, it stands apart stylistically from Audioslaves first two albums, but it rocks with a passion and more than lives up to its title thanks to some compellingly diverse and frequently startling moments. Most importantly, the end time revelations that are uncovered in Revelation show us that the end time is not a one-time event that destroys the planet in one fell swoop. A set series of events have been prophesied, which we can anticipate to occur imminently as we now have a clear picture of the end times. The Seven Seals, the Seven Trumpets, and the Seven Vials. The Seven Vials take place over the shortest period of time, and cover a series of specific disasters that will befall the world.
