British independent label, established in 1961 by Nat Joseph as a subsidiary of Transatlantic Records Ltd. The common publishing company is the subsidiary Heathside Music Ltd. Releases from the 60s have the purple and white, rough structured labels. First design had a purple round globe, stating 'Transatlantic Records'. In 1966 the design changed to a white globe in a purple square, with just a 't' next to it. Shortly after that, the globe was aligned around the spindle hole.
