It contains short clips of the band with clips of songs from the upcoming "Pop" album.Initial versions comes with yellow triangle sticker affixed to the front of the cassette-case. It reads (in Polish): "The only one U2 concert in Poland 12.08.1997 Chorzów, Stadion Śląski". Cassette-case has PolyGram Polska pressed on the openning spine.
