For the next two years, the group became one of the most popular R&B bands for racially segregated Southern college dances and formals. In 1964 the British Invasion changed the groups primary direction to rock, with Erv and Judy departing the group. It does start off well with a clever montage capturing the nine-to-five work world and lunch hour, and there is some good photography of the mountains outside of the greater L. Also, the music score is interesting, kind of like outtakes from a non-existent Sandy Nelson Goes Psychedelic album.
