Comes in fold-around white cover with Skull Records logo on the front, and separate Sacred Few logo insert positioned over the cover inside the plastic, acting as the front cover artwork. On some copies this insert is actually a sticker and smaller than the width of the cover, while on other copies it is printed on thick stock and slightly larger than the sticker version).
