"Printed in U S A" is stated on the booklet and back; "Made in Japan" on the cd.

The booklet consists of 8 folded, non stapled pages and show the song lyrics in a kind of little poster on the inside.

Not mentioned on the whole release is a short track named "Ride 'em B Do Jr." on the Original Album Classics. It's the real track 3; all other move one position down leaving "My Father's Chair" being track 11.

If your release has "Made in U S A" printed on the cd you might want to look at Tao.
