Album 2010 4 Songs. NGTV NRG Stage 1 - EP Pirahnahead. Ear Recordings received this EP from Pirahnahead at the beginning of 2009 as a promo. The ep got a limited digital release on Pirahnaheads Whasdat label. Immediately we wanted to make sure that the ep got a vinyl release and also got a much wider digital release. Not only because we were feeling the music, but because Pirahnahead is family. Patrice Scott has been caning Mirror Muse all over Europe all summer of 2009 and Norm Talley too. Norm Talley also made Self Conscience a name tune all over Detroit. Stage 1. Not only Carl Craig wanted to remix Self Conscience when he heard it. Calvin Harris did too. Pirahnahead - NGTVNRG EP Stage 1 The press release for NGTVNRG EP Stage 1 claims these are jams inspired by intense feelings of negative energy, and so it sort of makes sense that these are all moving, positive tracks, the sort of thing you need most when you're swamped with that kind of energy. The EP bears undertones of weekday stress, but it's not an understated beatdown excursion this is firmly weekend music, uplifting songs for getting it together. Everything here relentlessly moves, downer house sped up and turned inside out, busy with ideas. The loose Mirror. Take helped operate one of Lansing, Michigans first recording studios which used both digital and analog capabilities, Studio 707, where he produced local artists. He has studied at the Recording Institute of Detroit where he became a certified analog and digital audio engineer, and also Wayne State University as a music major. These elements were also incorporated into his DJ set during a Detroit Institute of Arts 2003 Christmas Gala when, as a DJ, he was accompanied by a string section and live percussion for which he composed scores and conducted. He is currently working closely in a partnership with DJ Minx, CEO of Women on Wax Recordings.
