My Lord did this album get a lot of hype when it came out - it's good, really well crafted tracky cuts that a decent DJ will know how to use although there's not much here that is very memorable. Justin Drake is the engineer of the duo and Clive Henry gained experience as a member of the Flying Records crew DJing at the Gosh and The Bone parties in London. Clive Henry started the Low Pressings label with X-Press 2 membercollaborator and long time friend Rocky. Junkyard is the third studio album by Australian post-punk group The Birthday Party. It was released on 10 May 1982 by Missing Link Records in Australia and by 4AD in the UK.
