Richard via Del aka Soulcondor/Dan@KingUnderground clarified the number of limited releases.
"We did end up with more than 500 numbered. It actually got numbered up to 600. As with all presses there is a promo portion and overrun from the plant. These normally get marked as "promo" or left with no markings, but in this instance they got numbered above 500. They shouldn't have been numbered. They weren't meant for general circulation, but Dan ended up getting a box of these and they were sold and put into circulation before being spotted. The pressing plant made the same mistake with the pink copies, where 200 were to be numbered and 50 left as promos, but they numbered them 201-250".
