Title of track. Nyam Nyam from Hull released their own self-produced and self-financed single When We Can't Make Laughter Stay in 1981. New Order's Peter Hook found a copy of the single at Cargo Studios and arranged for the band to record demos for Factory Records. They were eventually snapped up by 4AD and Beggars Banquet affilliate Situation 2. Factory Benelux eventually released Hook's mix of Fate as a 12 single. On Situation 2 the band issued album Hope of Heaven and an EP, The Architect, before disbanding. Nyam Nyam issued one more EP, the Architect, in 1985, before disbanding. Unjustly overlooked for three decades, their studio recordings are now collected on this remastered 18 track CD, including exclusive brand new track Doubt.
