Rubén Rada Litto Nebbia. Rubén Rada. Litto Nebbia born 21 July 1948 is an Argentinian singer-songwriter, musician and producer prominent in the development of Argentine rock. Félix Francisco Nebbia was born in Rosario, Santa Fe to Martha and Félix Nebbia two sons of Italian immigrants, in 1948. His parents were struggling musicians, though during his early teens, Litto left secondary school to join a friend, keyboardist Ciro Fogliatta, in a band Wild Cats. The duo moved to Buenos Aires in 1963. Omár Rubén Negro Rada Silva born 16 July 1943 is a Uruguayan percussionist, composer, and singer. He is closely associated with candombe, a genre built around a chorus of tamboriles, Uruguayan barrel drums. Rada has recorded more than thirty albums. His music, labelled candombe beat, combines pop, rock, and other styles with Uruguayan sounds, such as candombe drums and murga choruses.
