Ready Set Go was the intended debut studio album by American hip-hop recording artist Roscoe Dash, released on November 2, 2010 in the United States on MMI, Zone 4, Music Line Group and Interscope Records. The album was recorded in various locations during 2009 and 2010, with production primarily provided by K. on the Track and guest performances recorded by Soulja Boy, J. Holiday and Jared Evan. A hip hop album with influences of pop and contemporary R&B, Ready Set Go features hook-driven content. Picking up where their critically acclaimed second album Hey Album left off, Marvelous 3 upholds to their lackadaisical notions of sleazy rock & roll on ReadySexGo It's a continuation on their band's glam rock image, but it falls short of the genre's recognizable loftiness. I picked up Hey Album after watching Marvelous 3 perform on HBO's Reverb and was hooked. This album is a gem from 1st song to last. It's really weird listening to Marvelous 3, you can hear hints of all sorts of influences at one time they sound alittle like Queen and on other cuts maybe alittle Elvis Costello with some Dokken thrown in ie. I must admit that, upon my first few listenings, I was underwhelmed. Some catchy hooks and melodies, but not as good as The Hey Album. So I put the disc aside for awhile, then decided several months later to give it another spin. ReadySexGo is the third and final album from Atlanta rock band Marvelous 3. It was released on September 12, 2000. The album produced two singles, Sugarbuzz and Get Over, that received moderate regional airplay. The album was the band's last, as they battled record label executives at Elektra. The album peaked at 196 on the Billboard 200 charts two weeks after its release. Marvelous 3 first appeared on the scene with their acclaimed indie debut, Math and Other Problems in 1997. Word of mouth quickly spread, and Elektra Records signed the band.
