Franchester Martin Brennaman born July 28, 1942 is an American retired sportscaster, best known as the play-by-play voice of Major League Baseball's Cincinnati Reds on the Cincinnati Reds Radio Network from 1974 until 2019. Brennaman is known for his opinionated, zealous, and sometimes contentious style. On January 16, 2019, Brennaman announced he would retire following the 2019 season.
