Mötley Crüe is the self-titled sixth studio album by American hard rock band of the same name. It was released on March 15, 1994, and is the only album that does not feature lead singer Vince Neil, who had departed from the band in 1992. Neil was replaced by ex-The Scream vocalist John Corabi. It is also their last to be produced by Bob Rock. The album, which was recorded under the working title of Til Death Do Us Part, was the first release by the band after signing a 25-million dollar contract with. Crüe Fest was a summer 2008 tour by Mötley Crüe, which commenced on July 1, 2008 and concluded on August 31, 2008. It featured Mötley Crüe themselves, Buckcherry, Papa Roach, Sixx:A. and Trapt. Crüe Fest was said to be the Loudest Show on Earth. The tour earned around 40 million and was the most successful, most popular festival of the summer. The tour was formulated in January 2008 by Nikki Sixx. Shortly afterwards, the idea was established to involve both bands of whom Sixx was then a member.
