Certain Things Are Likely is the third studio album by English pop band Kissing the Pink, and their first under the acronym KTP, released in 1986 by Magnet Records. KTP co-produced the majority of the album with frequent collaborator Peter Walsh at various notable studios in Southern England as well as one in Munich, Germany. Magnet Records remixed most of the album in an attempt to make the album sound more commercial, using Phil Harding, which at the time Nick Whitecross explained this record is. Certain Things Are Likely is a song by English band Kissing the Pink, released as both a 7 and 12 single from their album of the same name. Produced by the band Peter Walsh, Certain Things Are Likely was released as the third single from the album, and was the most successful of their three entries on Billboard's Dance Club Songs chart, peaking at No. 1 for three weeks. The song also made the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at No. 7 single. 1986 Mercury Magnet Records 45, No. Dance Hit, But stalled all the way down at just No. 97 on the actual Hot 100 in 1987. Good song.
