Self produced. There are three versions of this 12" single. All have the same music but the original sleeve comes with text rubber stamped rather than printed. The 2nd and 3rd pressings use different sized lettering for the release details and both have a sleeve using card having a higher gloss finish than the original.

The band formed in late 1978early 1979 in Notting Hill, London, England. Their first studio album, Killing Joke, was released in 1980. The album, which peaked at number 39 on the UK Albums Chart, produced three singles: Wardance, Change and Requiem. Requiem is Killing Joke's second official single from their 1980 album Killing Joke. The single was originally released under E'G Records as a 12 single and featured the song Change as a B-side, a previous unofficial single.
