Joey Poole March 5, 1957 June 1, 2020, known professionally as Joey Image, was an American punk rock drummer. He joined the Misfits in November 1978. He was the drummer for both the Horror Business and Night of the Living Dead sessions of 1979. In December 1979, after the band's ill-fated tour of England with the Damned, he left the band. After the Misfits, he was the drummer for the Whorelords. His most recent bands were Human Buffet, Psycho Daisies, the Mary Tyler Whores, the Strap-Ons, the. The Vibrators are a British punk rock band that formed in 1976. The Vibrators were founded by Ian 'Knox' Carnochan, bassist Pat Collier, guitarist John Ellis, and drummer John 'Eddie' Edwards. They first came to public notice at the 100 Club when they backed Chris Spedding in 1976. On Spedding's recommendation, Mickie Most signed them to his label RAK Records. Hes seeking treatment at the University of Miami, and is possibly a candidate for liver transplant, but these procedures are incredibly expensive and often have devastating side effects. Joey is currently driving for a living, but is uncertain whether or not hell be able to continue this line of work once his treatment begins. Misfits drummer Joey Image has reportedly passed away at the age of 63. Rest in Peace.
