Wow, Godley & Creme's Freeze Frame should qualify as most underrated album from the late 70's. It's uniquely complex and whacky wrapped together as one really strange unit. and totally awesome. The opening track An Englishman in New York is quite reminiscent of a Tubes song from the same year called No Mercy. Only Godley & Creme Even Klaatu had to tip their hats to this crazy and radically different approach to writing a vocal melody.
