Limited edition in digipak case with wraparound flap sealed with velcro. Album and track titles are printed on the case in transparent spot-varnished text which can only be viewed by tilting the case so the light catches it.

76:14 is the second studio album by Global Communication, an English electronic music duo consisting of Tom Middleton and Mark Pritchard. Initially released via Dedicated Records on 1 June 1994, the album has been re-issued a number of times, most recently in 2005 in an expanded and remastered version. The title of the album corresponds to the record's total running time in minutes and seconds. Likewise, each track on the album is correspondingly titled after its respective length. The duo has stated. 1 Global Communication: The Groove Instrumental 2 Global Communication: The Way Secret Ingredients Remix 3 Global Communication: The Deep 4 Reload: The 14 is the total duration of all the tracks, and the same thing was done to each one of them. Its not a coincidence, perhaps, that the album sleeve depicts the human ear. And the GC logo has a similar style. Why do you need words, prejudice, an examination of the sleeve and excitement before pressing play. It felt like the beginning of an album. And it goes into the next track quite well. This was also called Ob-Selon Mi-Nos as well. The name came about because a friend of mine called Paul Kemp was a fan of Star Trek and it was the name of a galaxy. On several tracks the darkside appears to take over - the pinging ambience of 9:39 - but for most of 76:14 the melodies and slow-moving rhythms chart a course toward the upbeat and positive. Here, they've perfectly captured the essence of the time with a stunning array of IDM tracks which form a beautiful, engaging, warm and engrossing album.
