Gino Vannelli played drums at a young age and after finishing high school studied musical theory at McGill University. He eventually went to Los Angeles, California where he signed with Herb Alpert's A&M Records, releasing his first album with that record label in 1973. I loved Gino Vannelli in the '70s, but some music ages better than others. I want to like this album more than I do. Read more.
