Initial pressings of the disc were pressed at Capitol's Los Angeles plant (see Sep 25, 1979 Billboard article in the photos for reference) but the entire shipment was recalled because of defective pressings. Warner contracted Columbia to rush-press it and began shipping it Sep 21. As a result, the styrene Columbia pressings (Terre Haute, identified by the TH in the run-outs) still have the Capitol LA factory stamp ✲ in the run-outs.
