Despite their name, Five Deez are made up of two men: MCproducer Fat Jon and MCDJ Pase Rock. Blue Light Special has a nice, mellow feel most of the time. Unfortunately, the song is periodically interrupted by a sound that resembles a cross between a drum sample and squealing tires this disrupts the mellow vibe and hurts the song. Dibbs of 1200 Hobos helps out on the beat to Wow. It's solid, but nothing special lyrically or production-wise.
