Clear double jewel case inside a slipcase.

The first disc is the instrumental version of El-P's album Fantastic Damage. The second disc, in addition to three regular CD tracks, features two videos and the lyrics of the Fantastic Damage album as enhanced content accessible on a computer. The disc loads automatically when it is inserted. QuickTime 6.0 or higher is required to watch the videos and an option to install that application is given before accessing the main menu. Besides watching the videos and viewing the lyrics, there are also menu options to visit the websites of Definitive Jux and the magazine URB. Credits for the enhanced disc appear in the menus. It was created at West West Side Music.

The back of the slipcase erroneously lists tracks 9 and 10 as one track, "Accidents Don't Happen Stepfather Factory". Because of this error, track 11 is listed as track 10, track 12 as track 11, etc. The tracks appear in the correct order on the actual CD. The title of track 12 is given as "Dr. Hellno Vs. The Praying Mantus", while, on Fantastic Damage, the track is called "Dr. Hellno And The Praying Mantus" (the word "Mantis" is misspelled on both releases, perhaps intentionally). Also, track 11, "TOJ", is listed without the periods it has on the tracklist for Fantastic Damage.

If the original sounded forbidding, Fandam Plus is even muzzier, with the humanising raps peeled away to reveal layer after layer of rough-cut samples, spluttering beats, deviant synths and indeterminate threats.
