This is Depeche Mode The singles 86-98 Full Album by Duratec on Vimeo, the home for high quality videos and the people who love Videos 86 98 is a music video compilation by Depeche Mode, featuring almost two dozen music videos directed by a variety of directors, released in 1998. It coincides with The Singles 86 98. The original movie was released on VHS and DVD. The DVD was two discs, the first disc being identical to the only disc in the original DVD, while the second DVD contains bonus material not found. The Videos 86 98 is a must-have item for any Depeche Mode fan. Included here are soch classic Depeche Mode clips as A Question Of Lust, Strangelove, Never Let Me Down Again, Personal Jesus, Policy Of Truth, Walking in My Shoes asd Barrel Of A Gun, among others. In 1998, Depeche Mode released a best hits album titled The Singles 1985-98. To complement these brilliant songs, they released a DVD with all of the videos and two short documentaries. Out of all the directors, Dutch photographer Anton Corbijn shined. Especially in his Policy Of Truth video. In my opinion, POT is, if not, the best music video not only from of all time. I happened to catch it before school one morning once, and it hasn't left me. Since that morning, I came across their outstanding Violator album and this DVD. In watching this DVD however, I discovered. Depeche Mode's The Videos '86-'98 gathers 21 of the group's clips, along with an interview with the band and their friendcollaborator, director Anton Corbijn, as well as the featurette Depeche Mode: A Short Film. Virtually every video Depeche Mode has made is here, including Strangelove, Personal Jesus, A Question of Lust, and Only When I Lose Myself. The disc's main fault is its PCM 48 KHz 16-bit stereo audio track, which can sound somewhat muddy. Overall though, The Videos is a good document of Depeche Mode's evolving musical and visual style, and is worthwhile for most fans. Track Listing.
