Each cover, page, and woodcut illustration was designed and hand carved by Breathe Owl Breathes Micah Middaugh over the course of nearly three years. One side of the book is for the waking hours the story of a friendship that develops between a mole and an ostrich that decide to start an underground band. The other half of the book is a tale for falling asleep to a story of metamorphosis. A train transforms into a caterpillar, then into a plane, then into a constellation, and eventually into the buttons on a pair of pajamas. In the middle of the book is a 7-inch vinyl with each tale put t. Breathe Out, Breathe In is the fifth studio album by English rock band The Zombies, released on 9 May 2011.
