Back album cover had a light grey bar separating the liner notes from the technical data. Unlike other releases, the dashed lines near the bottom left corner have no arrowhead pointing to the right.

Center labels differ significantly in color and design from the other three U.S. issues for AFSD 5877 (Discogs #'s 3462747, 4155648, and reissue #2272013). While the design is similar to the "yellow" AFE labels from the 1970s, the color of the label is clearly gold and has a "G" stamped to the right of the "AFE" logo on Side A.
